Cleanse: consider starting an herbal cleanse to clean out your live and colon. Your liver burns fat so if its stressed from years of built up toxins it won’t burn the fat, it’ll store it. We also hold between 5-20 pounds of debris in our colon! Doing a cleanse will get rid of that old stuff, increase your energy, well as your metabolism and turn your body into a fat burning machine!
Lean Proteins: Protein, protein, protein is essential for staying lean and losing weight. Starting your morning off with 30 grams of protein will keep you full until noon and assist your body in using fat as a fuel to burn throughout the day.
Exercise: if you’re trying to lose weight, increase your exercise to four or five days a week, even if it’s just walking. If you hit the treadmill at home or at the gym, UP the incline by just 15%, you will burn 55% MORE calories. You can even whittle that waist by doing a plank for a minute everyday. Add Water: Dehydration is a major enemy to your weight loss goals. By drinking water regularly, you can increase your metabolic rate by 30%. So how much water should you drink? You should take your weight and divide it by two then drink that much water in ounces. So if you weigh 140 pounds, you SHOULD be drinking 70 ounces of water a day
