3 Words That Make Difference

Human Mind likes Familarity.We like to have similar things and results around us.Its for this reason we feel uncomfortable if suddenly we win a lottery , we get recognition saying " I can't believe this". Our mind is conditioned to that money / recognition can't come to me. Depends on type of image mind holds , it likes to see similar images. A sudden change will make mind insecure, uneasy to accept external reality.

The image of deservingness. Is your mind prepared for that Enough. Even if you get enough you may feel I am not deserving and may end up loosing the sudden windfall or in other instance where the image has not come to your expectation you may feel down syndrome , you may be so dependent on external factors that we may feel I am not enough.

We like to feel I am not enough. if someone did not say us hello or good morning we feel i am not enough so we complain and feel ignored.

If you get praise and suddenly you think was i so good. We try to balance by adding a little criticism to us or by diverting Praise Talks to Return Complement talk , But not as good as you or I am just ok still learning it out.

if you had been getting recognition after recognition and one day suddenly you are not nominated as the best, we feel i am not enough. We link our existance to be depending on recognition.

When we were born we did not need recognition to make us happy , we felt happy with simle things , sound of door bell was enough to make us feel happy where as today same baby after being highly successful may be depending on crowd applauds to feel Happy,complete and Enough.

We are actually born enough.I am always been enough. I now know I am enough.
Am I a Good Receiver ? Lets understand this

The Art Of Receiving

I read a question " Are you a Good receiver ? "

We often say I am a great giver. I give love i give respect i give possessions and things to others . And in return we expect returns of acknowledgement , recognition , love , emotional support and so on.

May be we are right. But may be I am being given but may be I may not be thinking about what i am receiving . Am I ? What do you thnk ? lets digg it up in todays blog ...


I looked around What is life giving me. I found that i am sitting on a comfortable chair , in Air COnditioned room, in front of a PC , I just received a question reading an article , I contemplated the question thrown at me " What are you Receiving ? Am i a Good Receiver ?

All these things that i see around were received by me in the form of blessing. Why i call blessing ? When i look outside my Eco Friendly Studio I see that many people are walking outside in Sun and they are seeking relieef from 32 Degree of temperature, which i am not.There are many more if i count my blessings right now. family friends things.

Many simple everyday gifts of smiling people outside in the park,in the mall. Health people , people exercising for good health and vitality. People living in High Rise building , Cars and means of different transports which all make everyone have some or other comfort. Don't just sleep walk look around and for a moment see what life is presenting. Its a signal what vibration we are on.

Giving is good and if the above listed things we are being presented by life. We need to acknowledge it as waht life is giving me and THIS IS OUR GIFT OF RECEiVING. Why we fail to see is that we expect things only for ourself , which may be on its way, we forgte to enjoy this journey and we straigh jump to the destination of WHAT IS THERE FOR ME FOR MY GOOD DEEDS and MY GIVINGS ? We ignore it and we set a wrong vibration for ourself. We become a Poor Receiver in the process.

Somebody saying Have a Nice Day, even if you are stressed. Think about it , somebody said HAVE A NICE DAY . May be the Day Signaled Don't Worry Good things are coming HAVE A NICE DAY. STAY ON THESE 4 words for a while acknowledge them . read the life signal. Life has responded to you , me and us. 

Lets be a good receiver and not get distracted for what life is giving right now in the Jorney inbetween WHERE WE ARE ..... TO WHERE WE WANT TO BE.This inbetween JOURNEY of RECEIVING is What Life is about. The Positive vibration will bring more blessings to us once we begin to acknowledge OUR RECEIVING.

Focus attention Centre Of Head

1) Relax , Close eyes , Breat in Out for about 1 minute

2) Pick up a Happy Memory that creates positive emotion.
 Like receiving an award , applause , Hear Sounds , Smell , Notice Colours around.

3) Future Goal Visualize What you want ? Where You Want ? How you want to feel then ? Have sensory feelings ( Smell / sound / taste touch etc . ) Picture self as someone You having that thing as satellite version walking talking feeling successful , Feel it as You now within you.

Open Eyes and Say Alound
I now allow myself to have _____________ So be it. It is Done. ( Release It )

Releasing it means Expecting it , Deserving it , Feel Worthy of receiving it. This is good for me This will benifit everyone.
