Nancy Chance’s New Book Traces Fallen Angels and Ancient Origins Through Biblical Texts

Nancy Chance has published "Ancient History of Man, the Fallen Angels, and Religions," a book examining humanity’s earliest history through the lens of biblical and ancient religious texts. Studio CarryOnHarry received word of the release, which was published through Christian Faith Publishing.

The book builds on research Chance says spanned roughly eight years, drawing on the Holy Bible and the Book of Enoch alongside scientific, historical, and journalistic sources. The narrative opens with what the announcement describes as creation’s perfection, then moves into the account of fallen angels descending to Earth and the disruption that follows for humanity and the created world.

Chance is a retired nurse who began writing poetry as a teenager before moving into short stories and screenplays. According to the announcement, she felt compelled to take up the subject after retiring from nursing, first publishing a shorter treatment of the same material, "One God and the Fallen Angels," before expanding it into this longer work. "I felt an urgency to share this story because it reveals not just the conflict between good and evil, but the unwavering love of God for His creation," Chance said in the announcement. "Through extensive research and biblical foundation, I hope readers will come to know Him intimately and understand their place in this epic narrative."

The publisher describes the book as framing themes of divine protection and human resilience against what it characterizes as supernatural opposition, positioning the material as both a historical account and a statement of faith.

"Ancient History of Man, the Fallen Angels, and Religions" is available through Christian Faith Publishing’s website, as well as Amazon, Apple Books, Google Play, and Barnes & Noble.

Studio CarryOnHarry notes that Chance’s return to this material after a shorter first book suggests a writer working through a single, long-held conviction rather than chasing a trend — the kind of project worth watching for how it finds its audience.
