With over fifty years of experience teaching biblical languages and literature in five well-known, established seminaries, author Robert Vasholz has written several books and has had a number of published articles in well-known periodicals, including academia. John M. Killion, holds ministerial credentials from the Assemblies of God, has published a memoir detailing his descent into drug addiction and what he describes as encounters with demonic influence, according to the publisher’s announcement. The book, "Demons, Drugs, Darkness, and Deliverance: The True Story of One Man’s Journey Through the Darkness and the Power of a Mother’s Prayers," is out now through Christian Faith Publishing.
The memoir details experiences including substance trafficking, violent incidents, and death threats from his addiction period, per the announcement, before tracing his journey toward healing via spiritual intervention and maternal intercession. Killion holds degrees from Purdue University Calumet and has worked as a worship leader, lay pastor, youth pastor and evangelist, according to the publisher.
