Tell us about yourself ?
We are the Cali Chixxx, a trio female rap group from West Los Angeles. We formed our group in 2010. Our style of music represents the genres of Hip-Hop, R&B, and Pop.
Our sound is unmatched, and our lyrics are unprecedented. Sometimes, our lyrics are X-rated, but our pen game is at the highest measurement. Even reading our bio, our pen game is evident.
What was most attractive part for you to be in this industry ?
The attractive part of being in the industry is being able to represent our city, show off our talent, and prove that we are well-equipped to be a part of the music industry.
Share some experiences that made you grow in life or profession ?
The experience that made us grow in life is surviving the LA streets, going to College and graduating with degrees, and being independent women.
Who inspired you ? How do you work on creating your own signature style ?
A few of our inspirations are Nipsey Hussle, E-40, NWA, Nicki Minaj, Missy Elliot, Yo-Yo, Kendrick Lamar, Salt N Pepa, JJ Fad, and TLC, to name a few. Our signature creative style comes naturally.
What do you want to convey through your music?
We want to inspire our city, “Los Angeles.” We want to encourage the youth to stay in school while pursuing their dreams and passions, living their best life freely, and having fun. Our music allows people to dance and feel good while being relatable with our lyrics to all communities worldwide.
Story behind making of your new track / Album?
The story behind our single “Snap,” the late Nipsey Hussle inspired us. He was a hustler in his community. He gave back by creating jobs in the community while creating generation wealth, and we respect his hustler mentality. The hook relates to hustling, making money, and stacking.

How would you like to stretch your boundaries of genre in future projects ?
We want to stretch boundaries by conquering barriers breaking the limits that are set for Hip-Hop artists and daring to be different by utilizing sounds from around the world.
