New Devotional from Cameron Boles Offers Parents a Chronological Bible Guide for Family Discipleship

Cameron Boles has released "Truth for Their Hearts: A Devotional Equipping Parents to Disciple Their Children In a Chronological Walk Through the Bible," a 230-page guide published through Christian Faith Publishing that walks families through Scripture in bite-sized passages from Genesis to Revelation, arranged in chronological order rather than the Bible’s traditional book order.

The book is built around a problem Boles says many Christian parents recognize in themselves: a sense that they don’t know Scripture well enough to guide their own children’s faith, and a tendency to leave that work to the church. According to the announcement, Boles frames the math plainly — churches might get a child’s attention for roughly one hundred hours a year, against the much larger share of a week claimed by school, screens, and everything else.
