Rev. Dr. Ethel L. Williams’s Newly Released “The Doctrine of God” is a Thought-Provoking and Carefully Researched Study of the Existence of God and Life’s Meaning

The late Rev. Dr. Ethel L. Williams was a longtime Christian, pastor, teacher, and missionary. She founded and pastored Mt. Calvary United Holy Church of Florence, South Carolina and Paterson, New Jersey, and Mt. Calvary Holy Church Mission of Kinston, North Carolina. A diligent and faithful servant of God, Dr. Williams helped better the lives of children and adults in her inner-city communities. Her endeavors introduced many to living a Christian life.
Dr. Williams shares, “For generations, many questions concerning life has eluded mankind. People have contemplated many of these questions and speculated on the true answers.
“Two questions that, no matter where you originate from or live on this planet, are by far the most intriguing to answer. The existence of a being with supernatural powers and the meaning of life are not the simplest questions to answer. Neither can be explained scientifically with a true answer.
“Many people believe that we, mankind, are the creation of God—a supernatural entity that has an intelligent purpose in creating us. That intelligent purpose is the meaning of life.
“If God exists and has an intelligent purpose in creating us, do we really know what this purpose is? And if so, do we find it meaningful in our lives?
“On the other hand, if God doesn’t exist, the meaning of life can only be meaningless. Considering there have been endless numbers of wars, crimes, discriminations, mistreatment, accidents, diseases, and numerous other misfortunes that have affected human life, we naturally ask, ‘Why do these things happen? And if God exists, why would he let them happen?’ A compelling thought to contemplate.
“A true answer about God and life is presented in the information provided throughout this book. The existence of God and his purpose in creating mankind is a true value for you to know. This book will guide you to the meaning of life and an understanding to your purpose as God’s creation.”

Author Nancy Chance has released "Ancient History of Man, the Fallen Angels, and Religions," a book examining humanity’s earliest history through the lens of biblical and ancient texts, published through Christian Faith Publishing.
The book draws on the Holy Bible and the Book of Enoch, along with what the announcement describes as extensive research across scientific, historical, and journalistic sources. Its narrative opens with what Chance characterizes as creation’s original state of perfection, then moves to the descent of fallen angels to Earth and the disruption that followed. The Book of Enoch, an ancient Jewish religious text not included in most biblical canons, has long been a touchstone for writers and theologians interested in the fallen angels narrative referenced briefly in Genesis, and Chance’s book builds its account around that same source material alongside scripture.
Chance came to this project after a career in nursing. The author started her creative pursuits with teenage poetry, progressed through short stories and screenplays, and after leaving nursing pursued this theological work. This new book follows an earlier, shorter work, "One God and the Fallen Angels," and the publisher describes it as an expanded treatment of the same research and themes.
In a statement, Chance explained her motivation: "I felt compelled to share this narrative because it illuminates not only the struggle between light and darkness, but God’s constant love for His creation." "Through extensive research and biblical foundation, I hope readers will come to know Him intimately and understand their place in this epic narrative."
The publisher positions the book as a resource for readers interested in biblical and historical perspectives on the origins of human civilization and its relationship to the divine. Tina Vincent has released "Christina Fullofjoy in the Land of Fruit Jars," a children’s book centered on a young girl piecing together why her town no longer resembles the place her grandmother once described, published through Christian Faith Publishing.
The story follows Christina, described in the publisher’s synopsis as sweet-spirited and playful, as she recalls her grandmother’s stories about a community built around enormous, beautiful fruit jars and the joy that once surrounded them. Puzzled by how much has changed, she sets out to understand what happened. Her search leads her to Lamb, an elf-like companion, and to a set of unusual seeds that the synopsis describes as turning out to be the answer the town needed without anyone realizing it.
According to the publisher, the book uses that central friendship and mystery to explore trust and spiritual growth, framing Christina’s discovery as a lesson in believing in what can’t be seen. Vincent, characterized in the release as an entrepreneur, speaker, mother and grandmother, created the book to fill what she perceived as a void in children’s publishing.
"My desire with this story is to kindle a flame of faith in young hearts," Vincent said in the announcement. "I want children to understand that believing in things not seen is not only possible—it’s beautiful and necessary for walking closely with the Lord."
The book is categorized as juvenile fiction and is available through bookstores and major online retailers, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Google Play, and the Apple iTunes Store, as well as directly through the publisher’s website.
