Tell us about yourself ?

I am 25, I am a singer of most genres. Mainly RnB. I write poetry and have over 500 songs in my song vault. I am constantly being vulnerable about mental health, heart break, self confidence, and more through my songs.

What was most attractive part for you to be in this industry ?

The most attractive part to me is being able to connect with other creatives, being able to express myself, challenge myself and learn from others in the industry.

Share some experiences that made you grow in life or profession ?

Being vulnerable and realizing that I was helping other people not feel alone helped me grow further into my art and what I put out.

Who inspired you ? How do you work on creating your own signature style ?

Aaliyah is my biggest inspiration from my music, to my fashion style. I work on being true to myself when it comes to my music. I write all my own music and tell stories that are personal and true to me.

What do you want to convey through your music?

I want to convey being real and raw. Being high and low. Being okay with not being okay sometimes.

Story behind making of your new track / Album?

The story is about a recent breakup that really affected me mentally, physically, and emotionally. I wanted to be real and raw vocals because it was a real and raw time for me in that relationship timeframe.

Any interesting trivia about making of song ?

I made the entire album in 2 hours.

People who you would like to thank ?

My videographer /Photographer – For recording my interview and my mic drop videos – @Aplportraitphoto –

Studio Equipment – @Billonabeat – For allowing me to use his mic and laptop to record some of the songs.

People who you would like to work with and people you idolize to be like professionally?

Aaliyah (if she was still here)

Neyo
Timberland
Nykee Heaton
Summer Walker
KidTravis

Where do you see your music 3 years from now ?

I see myself touring around the world, inspiring others still, giving back to Havana, Cuba and sharing what I do best with people, as a best selling author for poetry.

How would you like to stretch your boundaries of genre in future projects ?

I would like to do things musically that I wouldn’t see myself doing, whether thats tapping into another genre, or working with a different kind of artists, or in a different kind of environment.

Message for Fans and listeners. ( Apart from connecting …. Your Advice / Inspiring Message

Janhvi Kapoor Champions India’s Youth: Students Must Be Nation’s Top Priority

Studio CarryOnHarry Entertainment Desk | 23 July 2026

Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor has sparked a thoughtful national conversation after invoking Elon Musk’s widely cited belief that “children are the future” to make a passionate case for placing students at the very heart of India’s national agenda.

The Dhadak and Mili star, who has steadily grown into one of Hindi cinema’s most vocal young voices, made the remarks during a recent public appearance, urging policymakers, industry leaders, and citizens alike to treat India’s student population as the country’s single most important resource. Drawing on the Tesla and SpaceX founder’s philosophy around investing in the next generation, Kapoor argued that no economic or infrastructural goal can be sustainably achieved without first empowering the minds that will carry it forward.

“Children are the future — and if we truly believe that, then students have to be India’s number one national priority,” Kapoor was reported as saying, in remarks that quickly resonated across social media platforms.

The statement arrives at a significant moment for Indian education policy, with debates around NEP 2020 implementation, youth unemployment, and the much-discussed brain drain of skilled graduates continuing to dominate public discourse. Kapoor’s willingness to wade into socio-political territory marks an evolution in how the star — daughter of the late legendary actress Sridevi — chooses to use her platform.

For Bollywood watchers, it is also a reminder that the new generation of film personalities increasingly sees celebrity as a vehicle for advocacy, not merely entertainment. Kapoor joins a growing cohort of young Indian actors who are speaking up on issues of education, mental health, and national development.

As India races toward its 2047 Viksit Bharat vision, Janhvi Kapoor’s message is clear: the classroom, not the boardroom, is where the real foundation must be laid.

Harry Johal’s Take — Studio CarryOnHarry

The Musk citation is the most interesting editorial problem here. Musk’s actual record on formal schooling — pulling his own children out of traditional classrooms, building Ad Astra as a private alternative — sits in direct tension with the ‘invest in the mainstream student population’ argument Kapoor is making. Borrowing his name gives the quote cultural currency, but anyone who knows Musk’s education philosophy could flip the same quote to argue the opposite. That tension is worth naming in the piece rather than letting the attribution sit unexamined.

Editor’s Verdict

Celebrity advocacy in India has always walked a fine line between genuine conviction and well-managed optics, and Janhvi Kapoor’s remarks land somewhere in that honest grey area. The sentiment — that students must be the nation’s core priority — is hard to argue with, and the timing, amid real anxieties about NEP implementation, youth unemployment, and brain drain, gives it legitimate weight. But the Musk citation deserves more scrutiny than it’s getting. A man who famously withdrew his own children from conventional schooling and built a private alternative is a complicated authority to invoke when the argument is about mainstreaming student welfare across a billion-plus population. The quote borrows his cultural currency without inheriting his actual philosophy, and that gap matters. Kapoor’s instinct to use her platform purposefully is the right one — the question is whether the argument can carry itself without leaning on a name that, on this specific subject, points in more than one direction. Beyond the headlines, a powerful message occasionally loses its legs not because it’s wrong, but because the borrowed authority it stands on doesn’t quite hold the weight.

Studio Ki Raye

Janhvi Kapoor ka yeh statement sunne mein achha lagta hai, lekin ek veteran journalist ke taur par mujhe seedha ek cheez khalt ti hai — Elon Musk ko is argument ka anchor banana thoda risky choice hai. Musk ne apne khud ke bacchon ko traditional schools se nikaala, Ad Astra banaya, aur publicly conventional education system ko challenge kiya hai. Toh agar koi usi quote ko ulta karke padhe, toh argument kaafi kamzor pad jaata hai. Yeh celebrity advocacy ka ek classic trap hai — badi name borrowing karo, bina yeh check kiye ki unki actual philosophy aapke point se match karti bhi hai ya nahi. Bollywood stars jo socio-political space mein enter kar rahe hain, unke liye message se zyada zaroori hai research. Good intent kaafi nahi hota — credibility banani padti hai.

Salman Khan Speaks Out: Bollywood Star Champions Student Protesters, Calls for Stronger Education System

Bollywood megastar Salman Khan has broken his silence on the student unrest sweeping the nation, expressing deep sorrow over the violence that overshadowed what he described as an overwhelmingly peaceful movement. The actor extended his heartfelt sympathy to students and families affected by the unrest, according to a statement shared on his official social media.

Khan was emphatic in his praise for the youth who mobilised against the paper leak crisis, calling their collective stand a display of extraordinary courage, sincerity, and academic drive. Sources reveal the star lauded parental support as a cornerstone of the movement’s moral strength.

The actor was equally firm in his view that the student protest must not be allowed to become a political football. Entertainment circles note that Khan stressed the movement’s credit belongs solely to the students themselves, expressing confidence that the government would step up to deliver meaningful reform to the educational framework.

Khan reserved special passion for his vision of India’s academic future, painting an ambitious picture of the country transforming into a global destination for learning. He reportedly mused that education itself should become the nation’s most coveted trend — growing so influential year on year that international students flock to Indian institutions.

Critics note the statement arrives at a charged moment, with the paper leak controversy having ignited widespread public debate about the integrity of India’s examination system. By wading in with both compassion and a call to action, Khan has added one of Bollywood’s most prominent voices to a conversation that shows no signs of quieting down.

Insiders suggest the star’s words resonated strongly with fans online, many of whom applauded his appeal for a win-win resolution that uplifts students while strengthening institutional accountability.
