Gospel Choir Releases New Album Honoring the Philly Eagles

[ad_1]

Trenton, NJ, May 13, 2025 –(CarryOnHarry.com)– Members of the famed Late Show’s Gospel Choir are super fans of this year’s Super Bowl winners, The Philadelphia Eagles. For Lady Peachena, the choir’s founder and booking agent, it was a dream come true when she got the call for her choir to sing at a Philadelphia Eagles’ Pep Rally last January in midtown Philadelphia. After the Philly Eagles’ Super Bowl win, Lady Peachena called her choir into the recording studio to record fresh new lyrics dubbing the choir’s third album, “Saluting The Philadelphia Eagles.”

“I was so excited that I wrote new lyrics to four of my original songs dedicated to the Philly Eagles’ dominating victory over the Kansas City Chiefs,” revealed Lady Peachena, (a Grammy Award-winning songwriter of over 400 songs), who wrote laudatory lyrics praising the Super Bowl winners.

These songs are titled, “You’ve Got The Power,” “Everything’s Going To Be Alright,” “Stay In The Race,” and “Believe In Your Dreams.” These gems of victory were followed by two melodical songs of encouragement, “No Greater Love Than This,” and “Keep Your Head Above The Clouds.” Then Lady Peachena capped this 8-song tribute with a patriotic twist singing a reggae-version of Irving Berlin’s “God Bless America” and by asking a much-needed, universal question, “Why Can’t We Love?”

The Late Show’s Gospel Choir was formed by Lady Peachena in October 1995, at the request of Paul Shafer, who was then Music Director of CBS TV’S popular comedy show, “Late Show With David Letterman.” This phenomenal choir was an immediate hit, and they wound up performing on “The Late Show” before millions of viewers for a decade, from 1995 to 2005, appearing in comedy skits and singing with top-notch celebrities.

This year, The LSG Choir is celebrating their 30th Year Anniversary, and the official release date of “Saluting The Philadelphia Eagles” will be Friday, May 16, 2025. Eagles’ fans can pre-order CDS as of May 7 on all social media outlets, including Amazon Music, Apple Music, and Pandora. To book the Late Show’s Gospel Choir, visit their website at: https://www.lateshowsgospelchoir.com or email them at: LSGChoir@aol.com. You can be sure that the Late Show’s Gospel Choir’s looking forward to the Philadelphia Eagles having another magical, winning season. Go Eagles!

SENSANE to Release Debut Vocal Album in October with UK and Indian Artists

Balle Balle Radio™ Entertainment Desk

SENSANE, a Derby producer and DJ, will launch his upcoming album on 22 October 2026 via AHK Global Records, his own record label, according to the announcement. The album combines prominent voices from Panjabi music, new talent from India, and UK artists, marking SENSANE’s debut appearance as a vocalist.

The album follows SENSANE’s long-running mix of Panjabi and Bhangra traditions with folk, hip-hop, R&B, garage and electronic production, a sound he’s built his name on as both a touring DJ and label head. AHK Global Records, which he founded, has previously put out Punjabi-facing projects, including a five-track EP with vocalist Kulvinder Johal that reportedly debuted at number six and was described by some as the first Punjabi album to reach that position on its chart.

"This album brings together the sounds and artists that have shaped me," SENSANE said in the announcement. "I wanted the album to honour the legends, give new voices a platform and show where I’m going next. Putting my own voice on a track is a big moment for me, and I can’t wait for people to hear it."

Details about the complete track listing, collaborators, and SENSANE’s vocal debut track will be revealed before the album drops, according to the statement.

Studio CarryOnHarry will be watching whether SENSANE’s own vocal debut changes how listeners place him: as a producer stepping forward, or as an artist who’s been building toward this the whole time.

From vault to vision: C’batch reimagines archive recording as ‘Our Little Pooh Pea (The Last Light) 4 – Cinematic’

Balle Balle Radio™ Entertainment Desk

C’batch has released “Our Little Pooh Pea (The Last Light) 4 – Cinematic,” an instrumental track built from a previously recorded guitar performance that the artist has reshaped into a new piece.

The release continues a pattern in C’batch’s work: revisiting prior work and reimagining it across multiple versions instead of viewing recordings as standalone pieces. Multiple outlets covering the release have noted that this approach — returning to older ideas and giving them new context — has become something of a signature, with this track functioning as the fourth installment under the “Our Little Pooh Pea (The Last Light)” title.

The piece is instrumental, with the guitar serving as the primary voice throughout the piece rather than functioning as one element among vocals or other lead instruments. Coverage of the release has described the guitar as the connective thread of the piece, tying its texture and tone together in a way multiple reviewers have called cinematic — the arrangement building mood and movement without lyrics to guide it.

Studio CarryOnHarry finds the more interesting story here isn’t the track itself but the method: a musician who views archived material as material for reinterpretation across multiple versions, and building a numbered series out of revisiting it.
