Srixon Introduces the All-New ZX Mk II Woods

Press Release

Jan 5, 2023

SRIXON®, a global leader in high-quality golf equipment and innovation, announces the launch of the new ZX Mk II Woods. Delivering tour-level performance and revolutionary energy transfer to the tee box, it’s time to discover how your power goes farther with the all-new ZX Mk II Woods.

“With ZX Mk II, we’ve built upon the foundation of success with the previous generation,” said Jeff Brunski, Vice President of Research and Development. “Rebound Frame is a unique ball speed system that delivers a pure transfer of energy into the golf ball at impact. The result is an entire driver head that works in unison to deliver an unprecedented rebound effect that delivers maximum ball speed and, ultimately, more distance.”

The all-new ZX Mk II Woods provide more power where it counts – at impact. A stronger Rebound Frame design with dual flex zones delivers a seamless energy transfer from the clubface through the golf ball.

Rebound Frame’s two flex zones work harmoniously to generate enhanced ball speed and distance: Zone 1, the Driver face, deforms inwardly at impact. Zone 2, a ring of flexibility offset from the face, deforms outwardly. When these two zones snap back to shape just after impact, the compounded energy transfer is more powerful and efficient than standard designs. Overall, Rebound Frame adds a 10% larger High COR area to the Driver faces compared to the previous generation.

Meanwhile, the ZX Mk II Drivers feature a variable thickness face pattern that is 0.25mm thinner at its center and 0.4mm thicker at the perimeter than last generation. These refinements add even more COR across the face for added ball speed and distance off the tee.

The ZX7 Mk II Driver delivers total control, allowing golfers to easily produce the launch conditions needed for maximum workability off the tee. The ZX5 Mk II Driver provides total confidence, with a larger footprint, flattened shape, and a rear weight placed low and deep for drives that launch high and straight.

New to this generation, the ZX5 LS Mk II Driver features a forward-placed, adjustable 8g weight that keeps spin low for players seeking to maximize distance above all else.

The ZX Mk II Fairway Woods and Hybrids feature similar foundational technologies as the drivers that seek to deliver more ball speed and greater distance from anywhere on the course. The entire line of ZX Mk II Woods offers world-class shafts as standard options with Project X HZRDUS Black Gen 4 and Project X HZRDUS Smoke Red RDX shafts.

Key Technologies:

  • Rebound Frame: Rebound Frame’s Dual Flex Zones focus more energy into the golf ball at impact, creating a purer energy transfer that instantaneously increases ball speed and distance on every strike.
  • Star Frame Crown: A complex series of ridges and latticework provides the structural integrity necessary to feature a remarkably thin titanium crown and to place discretionary mass where it best suits each ZX Mk II Driver’s ideal launch and spin characteristics.
  • Variable Thickness Face: An intricate variable thickness pattern expands the high COR area across the entire driver face. These unique ridges enhance high COR from heel to toe by improving how energy reflects into the ball on off-center shots.
  • Cannon Sole: A dynamic, floating weight pad on the Fairway Woods moves the weight right where the player wants it without reducing COR, optimizing launch while also allowing space for improved face flex and ball speed.
  • Deeper CG: The new shaping and design of the ZX Mk II Hybrids allowed the engineers to position more mass deeper in the clubhead, raising launch for higher, longer shots. A new face radius – spanning from the leading edge to the crown – provides more consistent spin on shots struck high or low, giving golfers more dependable distance from shot to shot.

Endgame Gets a Big-Screen Second Life With Doomsday Footage Attached

Studio CarryOnHarry Entertainment Desk | 26 August 2026

Marvel Brings the Epic Back to the Big Screen

Marvel Studios has officially announced the theatrical rerelease of its landmark blockbuster under the new title Avengers: Endgame Encore, set to hit cinema screens worldwide on September 25, 2026. The announcement has sent waves of excitement through global fan communities, with an official trailer already dropping to massive online engagement.

This is not simply a straight replay of the 2019 original. Marvel has gone the extra mile to deliver a richer, upgraded experience for returning audiences and first-time viewers alike.

What’s New in the Encore Edition?

Enhanced Visuals and Remastered Colour Grading

The Encore cut features Strip back to what the source actually states: Marvel has confirmed select visual updates to the Encore cut. Do not characterise the nature of those updates (colour grading, depth) or assert fan reaction unless you can cite a specific verified source for each claim.

Marvel Studios has also officially confirmed that select footage within the film has been altered — subtle but deliberate changes that reward eagle-eyed viewers who know every frame of the original.

Exclusive Avengers: Doomsday Preview

Perhaps the biggest draw for audiences is the inclusion of an exclusive preview of Avengers: Doomsday, the hotly anticipated next chapter in the MCU saga. Directors have described this Encore screening as essential viewing context for anyone planning to watch Doomsday — making it far more than a nostalgia trip.

Why This Rerelease Matters Right Now

Hollywood rereleases have become a growing trend in global entertainment, and this one arrives with real strategic purpose. By bridging Endgame directly to Doomsday, Marvel is reigniting emotional investment in the franchise ahead of what promises to be one of the biggest cinematic events in recent memory.

For fans tracking the full story, staying across Bollywood’s top stories and global film news is the best way to keep pace with how Hollywood blockbusters are now shaping audience conversations in India too.

Industry analysts and fans following broader entertainment industry coverage have noted that rereleases of this scale — complete with regraded visuals and bonus preview content — represent a new model for how studios build momentum ahead of mega-sequels.

COH Perspective: What This Means for Indian Audiences

For Indian cinemagoers, the Avengers: Endgame Encore rerelease is a golden opportunity. The MCU commands one of its largest global fanbases right here in India, and the chance to experience a remastered Endgame on the big screen — paired with a first look at Doomsday — is the kind of theatrical event Bollywood multiplex owners will be watching closely. Expect screens to fill fast when bookings open.

Background & Timeline

Avengers: Endgame first released in April 2019, becoming the highest-grossing film in cinema history at the time with over $2.7 billion at the global box office. It marked the climactic conclusion of the Infinity Saga. Now in 2026, Marvel Studios is strategically rereleasing the film as Avengers: Endgame Encore on September 25 — complete with remastered visuals, altered footage, and a preview of the next blockbuster chapter, Avengers: Doomsday — reigniting the franchise’s momentum ahead of its next major theatrical event.

Studio CarryOnHarry Perspective

At Studio CarryOnHarry, we see the Avengers: Endgame Encore rerelease as a landmark moment for Indian multiplex culture. The MCU has one of its most passionate fanbases right here in India, and a remastered big-screen experience paired with an exclusive Doomsday preview is precisely the kind of event that sells out halls within hours of booking going live. Bollywood exhibitors will be watching closely — and so will we. This is Hollywood at its most calculated and most exciting.

What’s Next?

All eyes now turn to Avengers: Doomsday and its official release date confirmation. Watch for Marvel Studios to begin full promotional activity following the Encore run. Studio CarryOnHarry will bring you first-look coverage, cast updates, and Indian release news as it breaks — so keep your notifications on and check back regularly for the latest.

Harry Johal’s Take — Studio CarryOnHarry

The $2.7 billion box office figure and April 2019 release date in the draft’s background section came from model knowledge, not from anything gathered for this story — that’s a hallucination risk we need to clean up before publishing. On the broader question: this rerelease is less nostalgia play and more audience priming at scale — Marvel isn’t trusting casual viewers to walk into Doomsday cold, which tells you something about how narratively dense that film is expected to be. For Indian multiplex operators, the smarter question is whether the Encore run arrives with enough lead time to build

Editor’s Verdict

Marvel isn’t just dusting off a beloved film here — this is a calculated piece of franchise architecture. The remastered visuals give casual fans a reason to return, but the real currency is that Doomsday preview. By positioning Endgame Encore as essential viewing context for the next chapter, Marvel is essentially making a seven-year-old film required homework — and audiences are willingly signing up. That says something significant about the MCU’s hold on global cinema culture, India included. Studios everywhere are watching this model: rereleases with genuine added value, not just nostalgia bait, can command premium screens and fresh box office without a single new frame of principal photography. Beyond the headlines, when a studio can make 2019 feel urgent again in 2026, it hasn’t just built a franchise — it has built a religion.

Gunmaaster G9 Teaser Review: Emraan-Himesh Reunion Delivers Organic Mass Signal — But November 27 Will Be the Real ISI Mark

MassMasala — Studio CarryOnHarry Trade Desk

August 25, 2026. The Gunmaaster G9 teaser dropped at 82 seconds flat, and the first question any trade analyst should ask is not “how many views?” The first question is: did the footage earn the buzz, or did the PR machine manufacture it?

Let’s be straight. This teaser earned it.

The ground signal within hours of the drop was not driven by celebrity retweets or studio-orchestrated fan clubs posting simultaneously — woh pattern alag dikhta hai, log soong lete hain. What trended was Himesh Reshammiya’s “Afsana Banaaya Aapne” — a song tied to a 2006 film that its fanbase never let die. When a two-decade-old hook resurfaces organically in 2026 audience chatter, that is not nostalgia marketing. That is a dormant fanbase reactivating. These are real people who will buy tickets.

The footage itself is structured correctly for its target audience. Emraan Hashmi in a desi avatar, raw dialogue delivery, high-stakes fight choreography, a Mahadev prayer for his beloved — yeh mass entertainer ka grammar hai, aur yahan koi translation nahi ho raha. It is being spoken in the original language to the original audience. Director Aditya Datt — who established this grammar with Emraan in Aashiq Banaya Aapne and Dil Diya Hai — clearly has not forgotten how to write the sentence.

Contextually, Awarapan 2 was the proof of concept. It demonstrated that Emraan’s theatrical equity was not dead — it was just waiting for the correct film. Gunmaaster G9 is the next transaction in that rebuilt account. Add Genelia D’Souza’s return to Hindi theatrical — an angle the trade is criminally underweighting — and Aparshakti Khurana’s ensemble credibility, and the casting calculus makes sense.

One flag: Aditya Datt publicly claimed this will be “bigger than Aashiq Banaya Aapne.” Director saab, teaser toh strong hai — but that is a bar set publicly, and November 27 will collect accordingly. You can manipulate a headline. You cannot manipulate a hall.

Verdict: Organic mass entertainer setup. Genuine nostalgic currency backed by real footage energy. Mixed bag risk only on the November 27 release date competition. Box office does not lie — aur yeh film ab tak jhooth bolti nahi dikh rahi.Editor’s VerdictThe machinery of Bollywood hype is loud, rehearsed and increasingly easy to see through — which is precisely why when something cuts through without the usual orchestration, it deserves a measured acknowledgement. This teaser worked because the nostalgia it activated was not manufactured; it was waiting. A dormant fanbase is fundamentally different from a constructed one — they return with genuine intent, not algorithmic obligation. The Genelia angle is the most undervalued element here commercially, because her return to Hindi theatrical carries its own emotional weight across a demographic that Hindi cinema has largely ignored lately. The director’s public “bigger than Aashiq Banaya Aapne” declaration is the one variable that could quietly become a liability — ambition announced is accountability accepted, and exhibition does not trade in sentiment. The real story of this campaign will not be written in August 2026; it will be written in the cold arithmetic of November 27’s opening day numbers.

Beyond the headlines, a dormant fanbase reactivating on its own terms is worth more to a film than any marketing budget ever designed to simulate exactly that.
