I have been performing since the age of four. Been performing a total of 46 years
What was most attractive part for you to be in this industry ?
The most attractive part of being a performing artist, was being able to share my music with the world. People can relate to my music.
Share some experiences ( good or bad ) any that made you grow in life / profession ?
I had to opportunity at a young age to open for many signed country acts. I learned that if you want someone bad enough you have to keep going, no matter if you have disappointments, always keep your head up and keep going.
Who inspired you ? How do you work on creating your own signature style ?
I was inspired by my Father. He started me singing at the age of four in church. I lost him at the age of five, but I always remember his saying sing your heart out like no one is listen. Today, those words still ring in my head. My style has always been so what you like to do. Sequin coats and positive stage energy is one thing that stands out.
What do you want to convey through your music?
Have fun, enjoy life and be happy.
Story behind making of your new track / Album?
My new single is about dreaming about the good things in life. Sometimes life can throw curve balls at you. Just relax it will pass.
Any interesting trivia about making of song ?
Did you know I remade Cher’s 1989 hit song, “Just Like Jesse James” Cher said it sounded to Country to her and so I thought why not record it, Country Style.

I would love to work with Diane Warren and Desmond Childs. They are both my favorite writers. George Jones and Randy Travis are my hero’s.

How would you like to stretch your boundaries of genre in future projects ?
I would love to perform with a rapper on a song. People loves that when Country meets Rap.
