Honoring a Legacy of Creativity and Care With a Night That Brought the Community Together in Color, Music and Meaning
SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL, June 11, 2025 (CarryOnHarry.com)
– Corcoran Reverie, in partnership with Justin Gaffrey Gallery and the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, proudly hosted the inaugural Unframed 30A: An Evening of Art & Impact on Thursday, June 5, at 264 Grace Point Way – an architecturally stunning home currently listed by Corcoran Reverie. The evening, presented by Sun, Surf and Sand Insurance, welcomed more than 100 guests and over 10 local and regional artists, uniting art lovers, creatives, and community members for a night rooted in purpose and creativity.
The event raised nearly $5,000 in support of two meaningful causes: the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge in Birmingham and the Cultural Arts Alliance. Unframed 30A was created to honor the legacy of Lesly Simon – a beloved friend, colleague, and passionate advocate for the arts – while bringing greater awareness to the vibrant artist community she championed.
“As we gathered to celebrate art and honor Lesly, the evening became a powerful reflection of her legacy,” said Hilary Farnum-Fasth, founder and owner of Corcoran Reverie. “She believed in art’s ability to connect and inspire, and Unframed 30A is a continuation of that belief – one we’re proud to carry forward every year.”
Held at the elegant 264 Grace Point Way in the heart of Grace Point, the home served as more than a backdrop – it became part of the story. Layered living spaces, expansive porches, and Gulf views created the perfect setting for gallery-style installations, live music, artisan cocktails, and coastal-inspired fare.
“Grace Point was the perfect backdrop for a night rooted in meaning,” said Marla Hanner, Partner at Corcoran Reverie. “The home at 264 Grace Point Way reflects the kind of thoughtfulness and warmth we felt throughout the evening – it welcomed guests the way Lesly always did: with beauty, openness, and intention.”
The highlight of the evening was a raffle featuring three original works of art donated by renowned sculptor Justin Gaffrey, Cultural Arts Alliance artist Chris Chubb, and a debut piece from 6-year-old Petite VIP artist Sebastian Thor – each work symbolizing the creative spirit Unframed 30A seeks to uplift. Proceeds will directly benefit Hope Lodge, which provided comfort to Lesly and her family during her breast cancer treatment, and the Cultural Arts Alliance, whose year-round programs support artists and arts education throughout Walton County.
